The Assembly

Pastor Jim is our Lead Pastor. He and his wife, Kim, have a heart and passion to serve Brookhaven and Lincoln County and see lives influenced for Christ through loving people unconditionally, and equipping the body of Christ to do the same. Pastor Jim and Kim have served in ministry over 30 years. Pastor Jim serves in various leadership capacities in the state and has been serving as Lead Pastor since 2005 at The Assembly. Kim serves as worship leader and loves connecting with people. They are the parents of two sons, Ethan and Zack, and know the ups and downs of family life. They are genuine people, who love God and love people! 

Jeff Little serves as our Executive Pastor here at The Assembly. He has been in ministry for 20 years. Jeff oversees operations and serves in many positions as needed. He has a passion to bring people to Jesus, serve the Kingdom in excellence, and be intentional  as a supportive minister to this local body.

James & Makayla serve as Next Gen Pastors for The Assembly Kids Children’s Ministry for grades K-6th and The Assembly Youth for grades 7th-12th. James has served as Children’s Pastor since 2017 and loves communicating the message of the Gospel in a fun way that is on a student’s level. James and Makayla’s passion are to facilitate encounters with Jesus that students will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Paul serves as Nursery/Pre-K Pastor for our Assembly Ministries for children birth-Kindergarten. He serves to see young children cared for properly, and to provide an environment for children to learn and grow. Also, Pastor Paul has a Master of Arts in Christian Education in Children’s Ministry, and works hard to ensure children are happy and safe.

Eddie King serves as our Associate/Care Pastor here at The Assembly. He and his wife Ginnie have been serving in ministry for 20 years. They both have a heart for seeing people set free in Jesus, being a light for the lost, and genuinely loving people.
